plypkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By registering an account with plypkr, clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox, making a deposit, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules or policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all players regardless of the device used to access the Platform (desktop, mobile browser, or application) and regardless of the jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To open and maintain an account on plypkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is a firm requirement and is non-negotiable. plypkr applies a strict 21+ policy across all services on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of plypkr or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a plypkr account suspended, terminated, or closed for cause including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the plypkr Platform or any associated gaming platform.
• Opening and using an account on plypkr does not violate any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the plypkr Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where plypkr identifies that a single individual holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Balances will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and update your registration information so that it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Select a secure, unique password and keep it confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify plypkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

plypkr reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend an account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or where registration would be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable regulations.

plypkr supports the following PKR deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. plypkr does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification — including submission and approval of your CNIC — must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the plypkr account holder.
• Any active Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Balance resulting from bonus activity becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• plypkr reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• Withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically within 30 minutes to a few hours; bank transfers — typically 1–3 business days. These are target timescales and may be subject to delays outside plypkr's control.
• plypkr reserves the right to suspend or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, pending investigation.

plypkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible, verified plypkr account holders who meet the specific criteria of each promotion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses may not be combined with any other concurrent offer.
• All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• plypkr reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings from a player's account where there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of the promotion system, or in breach of these terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live casino games, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti may contribute at a different rate to slots and virtual games. Contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus credits expire if not used within the time period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus credits are removed from the account without compensation.
• plypkr reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.

All casino games available on plypkr — including live Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and all sportsbook markets — are governed by the specific game rules published within the Platform alongside each respective game or market, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

• All casino games on plypkr use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers with full transparency and are streamed in real time.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sports bet settlement, plypkr reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. plypkr's decision in such matters is final.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. In the case of cricket and PSL markets, settlement follows the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board.
• plypkr reserves the right to limit, restrict, or void any bet placed by a player where there is evidence of match fixing, collusion, insider information, or abuse of pricing errors.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error, pricing error, or system fault that gives rise to an unreasonable advantage will be void and the relevant transaction reversed.

plypkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions. The Platform provides a range of self-service tools that players can access at any time from their account settings to help manage their gaming activity.

Available responsible gaming tools on plypkr include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Configure in-session reminders to track how long you have been playing in any single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Where a player contacts plypkr to request self-exclusion, plypkr will process the request promptly and take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded player during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plypkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to recover funds that were legitimately lost through gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing plypkr staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or geo-blocking mechanisms implemented by plypkr.

All content on the plypkr Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of plypkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of plypkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, plypkr and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

plypkr does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond plypkr's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services.

In no event shall plypkr's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your plypkr account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

plypkr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — plypkr will endeavour to notify registered account holders by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting plypkr support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the applicable regulations of the international gaming jurisdiction under which plypkr operates. plypkr is committed to operating in accordance with those regulatory standards, including requirements relating to player fund protection, fair gaming, and responsible gaming.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your plypkr account or the Platform, you should first contact plypkr's customer support team. plypkr will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. The majority of account-related queries are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct contact with plypkr's support team, you may have the right to refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated under the regulatory framework applicable to the Platform.
